Coastal Covers is a family-owned pool services business. We collect as little as possible, we never sell your information, and this page explains the little we do collect in plain language.

Website analytics (only if you say yes)

If you accept the analytics notice, we count page visits and how long pages are viewed using a random anonymous identifier stored in your browser. It contains no personal information, is never shared with anyone, and no advertising or third-party trackers are involved. If you decline, nothing is tracked at all, and we won't ask again.

When you contact us

Details you submit through our forms — your name, contact information, address, and message — are stored securely so we can respond and provide our services. We may follow up on your enquiry by email.

Quotes and payments

When we prepare a quote, we keep a record of the work, your approval, and payments so both sides have a clear history. Card payments are processed by Stripe — your card number goes to Stripe directly and never touches our systems. Stripe's handling of payment data is described in their own privacy policy.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing email to people who opted in, and every such email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately and permanently.
